ORDINANCE NO. 4873
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (5) 5TH STREET (W) OF
SECTION 563, ONE HOUR PARKING; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (5) 5TH
STREET (W) OF SECTION 563, ONE HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (5) 5th Street (W) of Section 563, One Hour
Parking, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (5) 5th Street (W) of Section
563, One Hour Parking, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(5) 5th Street (W) Northwest side from Randolph
Street to Allen Street ;
southeast side from Grant
Street to Allen Street and
from south to Randolph Street;
southeast side in the 800
block
