ORDINANCE NO. 4874
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE
SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG SAN MARNAN
DRIVE, FROM ANSBOROUGH AVENUE EAST TO THE
QUARTER MILE POINT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Parcel "A"
That part of the NW 1,1 of the NW 1,1 of Section 9,
Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. ,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows,
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 9;
thence S 89°11' 10" E along the north line of said NW '41
of Section 9 a distance of 1323 . 82 feet to the
northeast corner of said NW 1-1 NW
thence S 01°31' 29" W along the east line of said NW 1,1
NW a distance of 33 . 00 feet to a point on the
existing south right-of-way line of San Marnan Drive;
thence N 89°11' 10" W along said right-of-way line 37 . 50
feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing N 89°11' 10" W along said right-of-way
line 534 . 10 feet;
thence S 88°39' 12" W along said right-of-way line

follows,
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 4 ;
thence S 89°11' 10" E along the south line of said SW
of Section 4 a distance of 124 . 35 feet to the point of
beginning;
thence N 52°57' 38" E 5 . 78 feet;
thence N 88 °39' 12" E 621 . 10 feet;
thence N 89°44' 37" E 537 . 30 feet;
thence S 01°31' 29" W 37 . 00 feet to a point on the south
line of said SW '1;
thence N 89°11' 10" W along said south line 1161 . 97 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 26, 646 square
