ORDINANCE NO. 4875
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 392 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 391,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Ninety Two (392) .

That part of the Mill Race as platted in Riverview
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that is
contained within the following described parcel :
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 10, Block
112, Riverview Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa;
thence North 69°11' 56" East along the Northeasterly
extension of the Northwesterly line of said Lot 10, a
distance of 10 . 11 feet to the Northeasterly line of a
10 foot wide alley; thence North 12 °30' 01" West along
said Northeasterly line a distance of 125 . 55 feet;
thence North 20°41' 51" West along said Northeasterly
line, a distance of 167 . 68 feet to the Easterly
extension of the South line of Lot 34, Sheffield
Addition; thence South 89°55' 06" East along said
