ORDINANCE NO. 4876
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 393 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 392,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Ninety Three (393) .
"393 .
Unplatted Waterloo East part of Northwest 141 Section 17
Township 89 Range 12 North 300 feet of West 660 feet of
Northwest except part conveyed to Black Hawk County,
all in the City of Waterloo, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-2, P" Planned
Industrial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1" One
and Two Family Residence District as above described, " subject to
the following conditions :
1 . That the property be limited to the conversion of the
existing building into a residence only, or the
replacement of the existing building with a residence,
and that no additional residences be allowed on the
property.
2 . That the existing monument sign located on the property
be removed.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
