ORDINANCE NO. 4877
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 394 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 393,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Ninety Four (394 ) .
"394 .
The South Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) feet of the
North Three Hundred Twenty-Five (325) feet of the East
Two Hundred Sixty-Five (265) feet of the Northwest
Quarter of Section No. Eighteen (18) , Township No.
Eighty-Eight (88 ) North, Range No. Twelve (12) West of
the Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2"
One and Two Family Residence District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
