ORDINANCE NO. 4878
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (404A) VOLD DRIVE TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (404A) Vold Drive is hereby added to Section
551, Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the
2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(404a) Vold Drive Both sides in the 200 block
INTRODUCED: August 20, 2007
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: August 20, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: August 20, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: August 20, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 20th day of August, 2007, and approved by
the Mayor on the 22nd day of August, 2007 .
