ORDINANCE NO. 4879
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (65A) MARK DRIVE TO
SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (65a) Mark Drive is hereby added to Section
553, No Parking Here to Corner, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as
follows :
(65a) Mark Drive North side in the 4000 block
in a westerly direction from
Heartland Hills Drive
INTRODUCED: August 27, 2007
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: August 27, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: August 27, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: August 27, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 27th day of August, 2007, and approved by
the Mayor on the 29th day of August, 2007 .
