ORDINANCE NO. 4880
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTION (8a) CUTLER STREET TO
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 9) DAWSON STREET OF
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS, AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (9) DAWSON
STREET OF SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (8a) Cutler Street is hereby added to
Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(8a) Cutler Street At Dawson Street
That Subsection (9) Dawson Street of Section 545, Yield
Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection ( 9) Dawson Street of Section 545,
Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(9) Dawson Street At Reed Street; from Broadway
Street to Grandview Avenue

PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: September 4, 2007

by the Mayor on the 6th day of September, 2007 .
