ORDINANCE NO. 4882
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (28a) EASTON AVENUE
OF SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER;
AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(28a) EASTON AVENUE OF SECTION 553, NO
PARKING HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (28a) Easton Avenue of Section 553, No
Parking Here to Corner, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (28a) Easton
Avenue of Section 553, No Parking Here to Corner, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(28a) Easton Avenue North side in the 400 and 500
blocks in a westerly and
easterly direction from
Lombard Street; south side in
the 1500 block in an easterly
direction from West 11th
Street
