ORDINANCE NO. 4887
AN ORDINANCE VACATING HEATH STREET FROM
DONALD STREET TO DALE STREET AND THE ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE BLOCK WEST OF
HEATH STREET FROM DONALD STREET TO DALE
STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the 60' wide Heath Street (originally
platted as Heath Avenue) as platted in Allen Heights
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa lying North of
the easterly extension of the South line of Lot 1 said
addition; and lying South of the easterly extension of
the North line of Lot 12 said addition;
And also;
That part of the 16' wide alley as platted in Allen
Heights Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa lying
North of a line drawn from the Southeast corner of Lot
24 said addition to the Southwest corner of Lot 1 said
addition; and lying South of a line drawn from the
Northeast corner of Lot 13 said addition and the
Northwest corner of Lot 12 said addition;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to city' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and upon
the above described parcels .
