ORDINANCE NO. 4888
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (15) DONALD STREET OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (15) DONALD STREET OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (15) Donald Street of Section 541,
Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(15) Donald Street of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in
Certain Areas, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(15) Donald Street -
from North Elk Run Road to Sage Road 55 mph
from Sage Road to Moline Road 45 mph
from Moline Road to Highway 63 30 mph
from Highway 63 to Heath Street 25 mph
from Heath Street to 500 feet west of
Columbia Street 30 mph
from 500 feet west of Columbia Street
to Longfellow Avenue 35 mph
