ORDINANCE NO. 4889
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (7a) HEWITT STREET TO
SECTION 546, YIELD INTERSECTIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (7a) Hewitt Street is hereby added to
Section 546, Yield Intersections, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as
follows :
(7a) Hewitt Street At Webster Street
INTRODUCED: November 5, 2007
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: November 5, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: November 5, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 5, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 5th day of November, 2007, and approved by
the Mayor on the 7th day of November, 2007 .
