ORDINANCE NO. 4890
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (25) CADILLAC DRIVE
OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (25) CADILLAC
DRIVE OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (25) Cadillac Drive of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (25) Cadillac Drive of Section
543, Thru Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(25) Cadillac Drive From Woodcrest Drive to
Lambeth Road, except for a
stop at Lambeth Road

PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: November 13, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 13, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 13th day of November, 2007, and approved
by the Mayor on the 15th day of November, 2007 .
