ORDINANCE NO. 4893
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (8a) LINN STREET OF
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (8a) LINN
STREET OF SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (8a) Linn Street, of Section 545, Yield
Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (8a) Linn Street, of Section 545,
Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(8a) Linn Street At Adams Street and at Webster
Street

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: December 3, 2007
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: December 3, 2007
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: December 3, 2007
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 3rd day of December, 2007, and approved by
the Mayor on the 5th day of December, 2007 .
