AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (2) SYCAMORE STREET TO
SECTION 577, NO PARKING 6: 00 P.M. TO 5 : 00
A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (2) Sycamore Street is hereby added to
Section 577, No Parking from 6 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 a.m. , of the 2003
Traffic Code, as follows :
(2) Sycamore Street Southwest side in the 1300 and
1400 blocks
INTRODUCED: January 14, 2008
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: January 14, 2008
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: January 14, 2008
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: January 14, 2008
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 14th day of January, 2008, and approved by
the Mayor on the 16th day of January, 2008 .
