ORDINANCE NO. 4898
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (57) CATARACT STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (57) CATARACT
STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (57 ) Cataract Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 57) Cataract Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(57) Cataract Street North side from Edgemont
Avenue to Barton Avenue

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: February 18, 2008
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: February 25, 2008
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: February 25, 2008
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of February, 2008, and approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 27th day of February, 2008 .
