ORDINANCE NO. 4704
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (50a) BYRNES DRIVE TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (50a) Byrnes Drive of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows :
(50a) Byrnes Drive South side from W. 4th Street to
Sunset Road
INTRODUCED: July 12, 2004
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: July 12, 2004
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: July 12 , 2004
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: July 12, 2004
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 12th day of July, 2004, and approved by
the Mayor on the 14th day of July, 2004 .
