ORDINANCE NO. 4705
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (8) FOURTH STREET (E) OF
SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (136) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (136) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (2) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 576, NO PARKING 11 : 00 P.M. TO 5 : 00
A.M. ; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (2) FOURTH STREET (E) OF SECTION
576, NO PARKING 11 : 00 P.M. TO 5 : 00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (8) Fourth Street (E) of Section 549, Loading
Zones, of the 2003 Traffic Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
That Subsection (136) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (136) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(136) Fourth St . (E) West side Franklin Street to Walnut
Street; east side Walnut Street to Lime
Street; west side Parker Street to
Arlington Street; both sides Sumner
Street to Adams Street; east side Webster
Street to Donald Street
That Subsection (2) Fourth Street (E) of Section 576, No
Parking 11 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 a.m. , of the 2003 Traffic Code, is
hereby repealed in its entirety; and that Subsection (2) Fourth
Street (E) of Section 576, No Parking 11 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 a.m. , of
the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows :
(2) Fourth Street (E) West side in the 600 block; east side in
the 700 and 800 blocks; west side in the
1400 block
