ORDINANCE NO. 4706
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 362 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 361,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Sixty
Two (362) .
"362 .
That part of Section Seven (7) , Township Eighty-eight
North (T88N) , Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Begin at the most Westerly corner of Lot Two (2) ,
Nottingham First Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa; thence North 00°44' 00" West Seventy-seven and
Ninety-five Hundredths (77 . 95) feet along the Northerly
extension of the West line of said Lot Two (2) ; thence
South 36°40' 16" West Sixty-one and Ninety-two
Hundredths (61 . 92) feet 'to a point on the Northwesterly
extension of the Northeasterly lot line of said Lot two
(2) ; thence South 53°19' 44" East Forty-seven and
Thirty-five Hundredths (47 . 35) feet along said
Northwesterly extension to the point of beginning,
containing 1, 466 square feet, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1"
One and Two Family Residence District as above described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
