AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF LOT 20 AND NORTH OF LOT
19 IN ROTH PARK CAMP ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
All of the seventeen foot right-of-way as platted South
of and adjacent to Lot 20 of Roth Park Camp, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: July 26, 2004
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 26, 2004
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 2, 2004
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 2, 2004
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
