ORDINANCE NO. 4712
AN ORDINANCE VACATING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF THE FORMER
WINTERBOTTOM BUILDING ALONG WESTFIELD AVENUE,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Part of Commercial Street right-of-way lying
Northeasterly of Block Number 4, James Egger' s Addition
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 1, Block
Number 4, James Egger' s Addition; thence North
48°45' 35" West along the Northeasterly line of said
Block 4 a distance of 263 . 87 feet; thence Easterly an
arc length of 24 . 24 feet along a 23 . 75 foot radius
curve being concave Southerly and having a long chord
of South 78°18' 55" East 23 . 20 feet; thence South
49°04 ' 50" East a distance of 220 . 21 feet; thence South
45°41' 11" East a distance of 4 . 92 feet; thence South
40°02 ' 14" East a distance of 44 . 97 feet; thence North
71°11' 07" West a distance of 28 . 02 feet to the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence North
41°23 ' 38" East along the Southeasterly line of said Lot
1 a distance of 5 . 10 feet to the point of beginning,
