AN ORDINANCE VACATING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON HOME PARK BOULEVARD,
SOUTH OF LOT 12 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT
13 IN LEWIS MILLER' S SMALL FARMS ADDITION, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of Home Park Boulevard lying directly South
of Lots number 12 and 13 in Lewis Miller' s Small Farms
Addition, subject to the City' s retention of an utility
easement over, under and above the above described
property, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
