AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (17a) KINGSLEY AVENUE TO
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (17a) Kingsley Avenue is hereby added to
Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(17a) Kingsley Avenue At Moir Street
INTRODUCED: September 7, 2004
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: September 7, 2004
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: September 7, 2004
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: September 7, 2004
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
