ORDINANCE NO. 4717
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 363 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 362,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Sixty
Three (363) .
"363 .
Pleasant View Addition, Waterloo, the West 23 feet of
Lot 121, all of Lot 122 , all of Lot 123 , the East 20
feet of Lot 124 , and the vacated alley adjacent to said
lots on the South, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1"
Commercial District as above described, subject to the following
conditions :
1 . An adequate buffer of landscaping and/or privacy
fencing placed along the parking lot to the west .
2 . Any speakers to be directed towards the south or
east .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
