ORDINANCE NO. 4718
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 105 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 104,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Five
(105) .
"105 .
Hagerman Place Southwesterly 20 feet Lot 8 Block 8
And also Hagerman Place Lot 9 Block 8
And also Hagerman Place Lots 10 and 11 Block 8 except
West 29 feet in even width thereof, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1"
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1, C-Z"
Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the following
conditions :
1 . A building to be erected within one year.
2 . The gravel area, submitted on site plan, to be
hard-surfaced within one year.
3 . The removal of gravel area and return to existing
condition if area is not hard-surfaced.
4 . No outside storage other than sale vehicles .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

by the Mayor on the 15th day of September, 2004 .
