ORDINANCE NO. 4719
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 364 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 363 ,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Sixty
Four (3 64) .
"364 .
The Southwest 30 feet of the Southeast 90 feet of Lot
5, Block 17, and the North 20 feet of the Southeast 90
feet of Lot 8, Block 17, original plat of Waterloo
East, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
State of Iowa.
The Southwest 45 feet of Lot 4 , Block 17 and the
Northeast 30 feet of Lot 5, Block 17, all in the
original plat of Waterloo East, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District and "C-1" Commercial District, be and the same
is hereby zoned as "R-3 ,R-P" Planned Residence District as above
described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
