ORDINANCE NO. 4721
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (4) LAFAYETTE STREET
AND (14) SYCAMORE STREET OF SECTION 542, ONE-
WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (4) Lafayette Street and (14) Sycamore
Street of Section 542, One-Way Streets and Alleys, of the 2003
Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 13 , 2004
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 13 , 2004
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 13, 2004
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
