ORDINANCE NO. 4722
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SIDEWALK
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG WASHINGTON STREET
EAST OF PARK AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The city sidewalk lying Southwesterly of and adjacent
to Lots 6, 7, and 8 Block 16 of Original Plat of
Waterloo West, and also vacating the city sidewalk
lying Southwesterly of and adjacent to the ten foot
strip (formerly Park Avenue Right-Of-Way) that lies
Northwesterly of and adjacent to Lot 6 Block 16 of said
addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: September 20, 2004
