ORDINANCE NO. 4730
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN 8' UTILITY EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 4750 WINGHAVEN DRIVE, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
All of the 8 foot wide platted easement along the North
line of Lot 45 First Addition to Klingaman Knolls that
lies West of the Westerly line of Winghaven Drive and
East of the 8 foot platted easement that lies East of
and parallel to the West line of said Lot 45, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: September 27, 2004
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: September 27, 2004
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: September 27, 2004
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: September 27, 2004
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 27th day of September, 2004 , and approved
by the Mayor on the 29th day of September, 2004 .
