ORDINANCE NO. 4733
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 12 FOOT PORTION OF
THE 17 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 3951 VALDEZ DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The North 12 ' of that part of the 17' wide strip of
vacated Huntington Road that lies Easterly of the
Southerly extension of the West line of Lot 165,
Central Heights Second Addition, and Westerly of the
Southerly extension of a line one foot West of and
parallel to the East line of said lot, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
