ORDINANCE NO. 4736
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE UTILITY EASEMENT ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 147 TRIBLE ROAD
FROM 8' 8" TO 5' , IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The North three foot eight inches (3 ' 8" ) of the eight
foot eight inch (8' 8" ) platted easement that lies North
of and adjacent to the South line of Lot 150 of Cedar
Terrace Third Addition, except that part lying eight
foot eight inches (8' 8" ) East of and adjacent to the
West line of said lot, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 8' 8" to 5' .
