ORDINANCE NO. 4740
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 368 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 367,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Sixty
Eight (368) .
"368 .
Linden Place Lots 3 , 4 , 5 of Block 19 and the North 15
feet of Lot 6, Block 19, except for the North 20 feet
of Lot 3 , Block 19 to Linden Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-4 ,R-P" Planned Residence District as above described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

the Mayor on the 27th day of October, 2004 .
