ORDINANCE NO. 4742
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SUBSECTION (31a) PLEASANT STREET TO
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (31a) Pleasant Street is hereby added to
Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(31a) Pleasant Street West 7th Street to West 8th Street
INTRODUCED: October 25, 2004
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: October 25, 2004
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: October 25, 2004
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: October 25, 2004
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 25th day of October, 2004 , and approved by
the Mayor on the 27th day of October, 2004 .
