ORDINANCE NO. 4747
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE 8 FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
NORTH PROPERTY LINE AT 208 ZACHARY COURT, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The eight foot wide utility easement as platted South
of and adjacent to the North line of Lot 11 Pro' s
Addition, except that part lying West of a line eight
feet East of and parallel to the West line of said lot,
and except that part lying East of a line twenty-five
feet West of and parallel to the East line of said lot,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State
of Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: December 6, 2004
