AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SUBSECTION (3a) CASPER AVENUE TO
SECTION 554, NO PARKING HERE TO DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (3a) Casper Avenue is hereby added to Section
554, No Parking Here to Drive, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as
follows :
(3a) Casper Avenue West side between 2234 and 2242
Casper Avenue

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: January 24, 2005
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: January 24, 2005
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: January 24, 2005
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 24th day of January, 2005, and approved by
the Mayor on the 26th day of January, 2005 .
