ORDINANCE NO. 4756
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (6) HEARTLAND HILLS OF
SECTION 552, NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (6)
HEARTLAND HILLS OF SECTION 552, NO PARKING
BETWEEN SIGNS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (6) Heartland Hills of Section 552, No Parking
Between Signs, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (6) Heartland Hills of Section 552,
No Parking Between Signs, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(6) Heartland Hills West side in the 900 and 1200 blocks

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: February 21, 2005
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: February 21, 2005
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: February 21, 2005
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 21st day of February, 2005, and approved by
the Mayor on the 23rd day of February, 2005.
