ORDINANCE NO. 4758
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (e) of SECTION 312,
FEES--MONTHLY AND RESERVED RAMP AND LOT
PARKING; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTION (e) OF SECTION 312, FEES--MONTHLY
AND RESERVED RAMP AND LOT PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (e) of Section 312, Fees--Monthly and
Reserved Ramp and Lot Parking of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
That a new Subsection (e) of Section 312, Fees--Monthly and
Reserved Ramp and Lot Parking of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
Sec. 312 . Fees--Monthly and Reserved Ramp and Lot
Parking.
e. The monthly fee for a reserved, assigned stall in
city lots is established as follows :
Lot 1 $40 . 00
Lot 2 $30 . 00
Lot 5 $30 . 00
Lot 6 $30 . 00
Lot 7 $30 . 00
Lot 8 $30 . 00
Lot 11 $30 . 00
Lot 16 $30 . 00
