ORDINANCE NO. 4763
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 40' GREENWAY EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED NEAR THE CORNER OF
CROSSROADS BOULEVARD AND BOPP STREET TO ALLOW
DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW HAMPTON INN AND SUITES,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The existing 40' Greenway Easement along Crossroads
Boulevard in that part of Tract XG of Crossroads Plat
No. 1 that lies Southeasterly of a line drawn from a
point on the Northeasterly line of said Tract XG that
is 251 . 55 feet Southeasterly of the Northeast corner of
said tract, Southwesterly and perpendicular to said
Northeast line to its intersection with the
Southwesterly line of said Tract XG, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a 30' utility easement over, under and above the
above described property.
