ORDINANCE NO. 4766
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTHERLY 25 FEET
OF A 60 FOOT EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
LOT 12, MIDPORT AMERICA PLAT NO. 2 TO ALLOW
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The North 25 feet in even width of the 60-foot platted
easement that lies North of and parallel to the South
line of Lot 12 MidPort America Park Plat No. 2, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: April 18, 2005
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: April 18, 2005
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: April 18, 2005
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: April 18, 2005
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 18th day of April, 2005, and approved by
the Mayor on the 20th day of April, 2005.
