ORDINANCE NO. 4769
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 25' X 635' PORTION OF
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF
1304 BISHOP AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
A twenty-five (25) foot strip of land referred to in
Land Deed Book 84 Page 208 as reserved for highway
purposes, described as : the South twenty-five (25)
feet of the East six hundred thirty-five (635) feet of
the West six hundred sixty (660) feet (40 rods) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 141) of the Northwest Quarter (NW
;1) of Section No. Twenty-nine (29) , Township No.
Eighty-nine (89) , North, Range No. Twelve (12) , West,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
