AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (38) BURTON AVENUE
AND NEWTON STREET OF SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE
TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (38) Burton Avenue and Newton Street, of
Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices, of
the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
