AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE 8 FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED AT 217
PARK LANE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The southerly seven (7) feet of the northerly eight (8)
feet of the easterly 30 feet of said Lot 24, Southhaven
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
