ORDINANCE NO. 4779
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (229) LINN STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (229) LINN STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (229) Linn Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(229) Linn Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all Times
on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(229) Linn Street East side from Sumner Street
to Cottage Street; west side
from Gable Street to Oliver
Street

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 22, 2005
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 22, 2005
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 22, 2005
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 22nd day of August, 2005, and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the 24th day of August, 2005 .
