ORDINANCE NO. 4780 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 372 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 371, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Seventy Two (372) . "372 . That part of the Northwesterly 60 feet of Lot 1, the Northwesterly 60 feet of the Northeasterly 15 feet of Lot 4, all of Lots 2 and 3, and Tract "A" of Deeds Minor Plat, all in Block 17, of the Original Plat of Waterloo, East of the Cedar River, being part of Section 25, Township 89 North (T89N) , Range 13 West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian (5th P.M. ) , in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the most northerly corner of Block 17, said point being the intersection of the Southwesterly right of way line of Lafayette Street and the Southeasterly right of way line of East Seventh Street; thence South 50°33' 46" East 209. 40 feet along the Northeasterly line of said Block 17 to the Northeasterly corner of said Northwesterly 60 feet of Lot 1; thence South 39°11' 04" West 75 . 53 feet along said line to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Northeasterly 15 feet of Lot 4; thence North 50°38' 19" West 10 . 53 feet along said Southwesterly line of the Northeasterly 15 feet of Lot 4, to the most easterly corner of said Tract "A" of Deeds Minor Plat; thence South 39°14' 43" West 40 . 01 feet along said Southeasterly line; thence South 39°07' 55" West 35 . 01 feet continuing along said Southeasterly line to the most Southerly corner of said Tract "A" of Deeds Minor Plat; thence North 50°27' 13" West 49. 40 feet along the Southwesterly line of Tract "A" of Deeds Minor Plat; thence North 39°07' 55" East 35. 01 feet along the Northwesterly line of Tract "A" of Deeds Minor Plat, to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 3 in Block 17; thence North 50°33' 46" West 149. 48 feet along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3 in Block 17 to a point on the Southeasterly right of way line of East Seventh Street; thence North 39°12' 07" East 120 . 68 feet along said Southeasterly right of way line of East Seventh Street to the point of beginning, containing 26, 271 . 6 square feet or 0 . 603 acres, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple Residence District and "C-2" Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3, R-P" Planned Residence District as above described, subject to the Cedar River Neighborhood Planned Residential Design Guidelines . a P Ordinance No. 4780 Page 2 Section 2 .
