ORDINANCE NO. 4781
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED
EAST OF 3200 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
A part of Lot 3, Minard' s University Avenue Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Minard' s
University Avenue Addition; thence South 90°00' 00" West
along the Southerly line of said Lot 1 and the
Northerly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 18 . 18 feet;
thence South 32°24' 19" West a distance of 62 . 41 feet;
thence South 00°00' 00" East a distance of 7 . 31 feet;
thence North 40°42' 43" East a distance of 79. 16 feet to
the point of beginning.
The South line of said Lot 1 is assumed to bear South
90°00' 00" West, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
