ORDINANCE NO. 4782
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (7) KIMBALL AVENUE AND
RIDGEWAY AVENUE TO PARAGRAPH B OF SECTION
539, NO TURN ALLOWED AT RED LIGHT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (7) Kimball Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue is
hereby added to Paragraph B of Section 539, No Turn Allowed at
Red Light, of the 2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
Section 539. No Turn Allowed at Red Light.
(B) Vehicular traffic shall not be permitted to turn right
at a red light when pedestrians are present, when signs are
posted, at the following intersections :
(7) Kimball Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue

PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 6, 2005
