ORDINANCE NO. 4784
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 373 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 372,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Seventy Three (373) .
"373 .
The East one-half (E1-0 of the Southeast Quarter (SP-4)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW , and the South one-half
(S ) of the East one-half (E ) of the Northeast Quarter
(NES) of the Southwest Quarter (SWC) , and the Southwest
Quarter (SW of the Southeast Quarter (SES) , and the
South one-half (S ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW of
the Southeast Quarter (SE14) , all in Section 20,
Township 88 North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the East
Sixty-six (66) feet thereof, subject to highways, and
except that property deeded to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa in Land Deed Book 571, Page 613, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2, P"
Planned Industrial District as above described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
