ORDINANCE NO. 4786
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 108 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 107,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Eight
( 108) .
"108 .
Brookeridge First Addition Lot 57, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Residential District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1, C-
Z" Conditional Zoning District as above described, subject to the
following conditions :
1 . `gnat the property be limited to the one (1)
existing commercial retail use, with total square
footage of 1, 764 square feet . "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
