ORDINANCE NO. 4793
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE:
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (157) SOUTH STREET OF
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (157) SOUTH
STREET OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (13a) SOUTH STREET TO
SECTION 546, YIELD INTERSECTIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (157) South Street of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (157) South Street of Section
543, Thru Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(157 ) South Street East side of West First Street
to west side of West Fourth
Street; east side of West
Sixth Street to west side of
West Ninth Street
That Subsection (13a) South Street of Section 546, Yield
Intersections, is hereby added to the 2003 Traffic Code as
follows :
(13a) South Street At Hammond Avenue

PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: November 21, 2005
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 21, 2005
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of

by the Mayor on the 23rd day of November, 2005 .
