ORDINANCE NO. 4799 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 377 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 376, of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Seventy Seven (377) . "377 . That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1- SE14) of Section No. 16, Township No. 88 North, Range No. 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows : Commencing at Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section No. 16, point being a found 3" diameter aluminum disc in P.C. C. pavement; Thence Due North along the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section No. 16 a distance of 1, 325 . 76 feet to the Southeast corner of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; Thence South 89°12' 15" West along the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 40 . 0 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Kimball Avenue, being the point of beginning and a set rebar with license #6505; Thence continuing South 89°12' 15" West along said South line a distance of 484 . 0 feet to a set " rebar with license #6505; Thence North 00°20' East a distance of 629. 58 feet to a set ' " rebar with license #6505; Thence South 89°46' 45" East a distance of 480 . 3 feet to the said Westerly right-of-way line of Kimball Avenue; Thence Due South along said Westerly right-of-way line a distance of 238 . 02 feet to a set " rebar with license #6505; Thence North 89°12' 15" East along said Westerly right- of-way line a distance of 7 . 0 feet to a set rebar with license #6505; Thence Due South along said Westerly right-of-way line a distance of 158 . 95 feet to a set 1-z" rebar with license #6505; Thence South 89°12' 15" West along said Westerly right- of-way line a distance of 7 . 0 feet to a set rebar with license #6505; Thence Due South along said Westerly right-of-way line a distance of 224 . 02 feet to the point of beginning. Note: The East line of said Southeast Quarter of said Section No. 16 is assumed to bear Due North for this description, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1" Residential District as above described.
